Fine Sound Condition US M1876 Canvas 'Prairie Belt. Canvas portion with provisions for 54 cartridges. Leather belt tabs with brass buckle excellent with just some finish crazing, no flaking and marked "Watervliet Arsenal" along with inspector's initials. Really excellent sound example of this scarce piece of regulation issue US Indian Wars equipment.Auction Info
