Argentine Model 1891 Bolt Action Military Rifle. Serial No. W0973, 7 x 53 caliber, 29 1/2-inch barrel with standard military sights. Blued finish. Breech marked: MAUSER MODELO ARGENTINO 1891/DEUTSCHE WAFFEN-UND MUNITIONSFABRIKEN./BERLIN marked on left side of receiver. Matching serial numbers on the stock, bolt, receiver, and magazine. Walnut stock with two sling swivels. Flat unmarked steel buttplate.Condition: Very good. Nearly all the finish remains. Crest ground off breech. Handguard missing. Stock with light wear. Bore bright but showing fine pitting in grooves..
