Wally Schirra Owned and Worn Damas "21 Jewel Official Certified Chronometer" Watch with Original Case, Band, Tag, and 1959-dated Bureaux Suisses Certification Paperwork, Directly from His Family's Collection. A handsome yellow gold-colored men's watch with a tan leather band with the brand name Damas König on the case along with untranslated Arabic writing, likely gifted to Schirra soon after his selection as an astronaut. Shows just very light evidence of use, probably only worn for formal occasions. Appears to run and keep time. Rare with all original case and paperwork. Included with this lot will be a signed Certificate of Authenticity from Wally's son, Walter.Auction Info
