Description
Vintage 1/40 Scale Jupiter Missile Model. A vintage metal model standing approximately 16" tall sitting upon 6" diameter acrylic base. The Jupiter Missile was developed by the United States as part of its strategic missile program during the late 1950s and early 1960s. The project was primarily managed by the U.S. Army under the leadership of Wernher von Braun and his team at the Redstone Arsenal. A nice display piece from the early aerospace days.
