Description
Winchester Model 1886 Lever Action Rifle. Serial No. 102160, .40-82 W.C.F. caliber, 26-inch octagonal barrel with German silver front blade sight and buckhorn style rear sight. Walnut stock and fore-arm. Curved metal buttplate. Manufactured 1895.Condition: Good. Finished aged to a brown patina with scattered pitting and wear at the high spots. Stock with a camp fire char along the lower edge. Action crisp. Bore slightly dark and with light pitting.
