Apollo 13: Fred Haise, Jerry Bostick, Gerry Griffin, and Jack Lousma Signed Large Filtration Adapter Color Photo, with Zarelli LOA. A 20" x 16" satin finish photo of the adapter that was devised using cannisters from the Command Module to remove excess carbon dioxide from the Lunar Module that was being used as a "lifeboat" at the time. Signed in blue felt tip: "'The temporary hose/ connections and the apparatus/ that saved me!'/ Fred Haise/ Apollo 13 LMP", "Jerry Bostick/ Apollo 13/ Flight Dynamics Officer", "Gerry Griffin/ Apollo 13/ Flight Director/ Gold Team", and "Jack Lousma/ Apollo 13 Capcom".
