Description

Apollo 17 Crew-Signed Dollar Bill in Framed Display. A Series 1969C $1 United States Note, serial number K31782517B featuring signatures from the full crew the of the sixth and final lunar landing. Interestingly, this was the first NASA mission that did not feature a single test pilot amongst the crew. Being the last time man walked on the moon, this mission remains special to collectors. The note was acquired by an employee of a Houston bank whom periodically interacted with Apollo era astronauts. Signed in black inks: "Gene Cernan", "Harrison Schmitt", and "Ron Evans". Very fine.
