Description
Apollo 8 Crew-Signed Launch Cover, "First Manned Flight Saturn V - AS503". A philatelic cover with a simple Apollo 8 pasted-on cachet at left with a 6¢ stamp above hand-canceled at Kennedy Space Center on December 21, 1968. The entire right half of the cover bears the bold black felt tip signatures: "Frank Borman", "James Lovell", and "Bill Anders" with their names typed beneath the signature. Apollo 8 covers with signatures as nice as these are scarce. Possibly unique. Excellent. From the Family Collection of Jacques Bracke.Auction Info
