Benjamin Butler: The Classic Cast Iron Frog Bank. This caricature coin bank shows Butler's head on the body of a frog. Coins were inserted through the slit in his mouth. This example has been completely repainted in not terribly accurate colors, and is missing the trap door in the bottom.
