Description
Very Nice Set of Civil War Non-Commissioned Officer's Brass Shoulder Scales. Overall about perfect with just one tiny dent, really negligible, on one crescent. Simulated rivets on individual scales with the interesting variant that one of the six scales on one side was fabricated without the three rivets. Obviously made this way. Brass attaching tabs on underside and one scale retains a portion of the oil cloth cover on the original riveted sheet iron reinforcement. Nice example and an interesting variant.Auction Info
