Theodore Roosevelt Appointment Signed "Theodore Roosevelt." One partially printed page, 15.5" x 11.5", Washington, D.C.; March 27, 1907. A document appointing "Willard B. Hull of Iowa...Interpreter to the Consulate General of the United States of America at Hankow, China." Countersigned by Secretary of State Elihu Root. With an embossed paper seal at the lower left. Appointment is matted and framed with a sketched portrait of Roosevelt to the overall size of 27.25" x 17.25".

Condition: Flattened folds with some light soiling at the folds. Light toning throughout. Bold signature.
