Description

Napoleon Bonaparte Letter Signed "Napoleon." Two pages, 7.25" x 9"; Paris; April 7, 1806. A letter in French (untranslated) to his adopted son Eugéne de Beauharnais. Napoleon had recently adopted him on January 12, 1806, although he had already been made a member of the imperial family in 1804.

Condition: Flattened folds. Napoleon's signature is lightly smudged. The left margin of the sheet is rough.
