Description

Napoleon Bonaparte Letter Signed. One page, 7 x 9 inches (sight); Paris; January 16, 1813. An untranslated letter in French signed during his tenure as emperor of France. Signed, "Nap," with a contemporary note pinned at the lower left corner. Matted and framed with an engraving to an overall size of 19 x 15 inches. With a letter of authenticity issued by PSA/DNA.

Condition: Gently toned with stray foxing and an ink stain well away from any text. Small chip to lower left corner of frame. Not examined out of the frame.
