by Philip R. Goodwin and Charles Livingston Bull. New York: The
Macmillan Company, 1903. First edition. Octavo. [5] [sic]-231, [1,
blank], [2, ads] pages. Publisher's binding of full green cloth,
front cover and spine stamped in black, red, and white, and
lettered in gilt, dust jacket. Jacket spine sunned and chipped,
corners chipped, panels somewhat worn (with a few short tears or
holes) and sunned, binding slightly worn and soiled, corners
bumped, previous owner's signature on half-title. Skewed. Still, a
