[James Bond]. Ian Fleming. Thunderball. London: Jonathan Cape, [1961]. First edition, uncorrected proof, one of only 500 copies printed. Octavo. [254], [2, blank] pages. Publisher's printed wrappers (with "Uncorrected Proof" at the bottom of the front wrapper), in the original proof dust jacket (with "Proof Only" in a box on the front flap). Jacket is a bit taller than the book. Jacket creased at upper and lower edges and a bit rubbed, some creasing and chipping on spine panel of jacket.
