Description
William McKinley & Theodore Roosevelt & Winfield Taylor Durbin: 1912 Bandana & 1900 Indiana Coattail Bandana. Great pair of cotton bandana's, including the classic 17" x 18" 1912 "We Want Teddy" portrait bandana with campaign music, and a rare 17 1/2" x 17 1/2" 1900 trigate coattail bandana in support of McKinley and Roosevelt, and also Winfield Taylor Durbin, who ran successfully in 1900 for Governor of Indiana. Below the images is a fantastic campaign song dedicated to Durbin, who also served in the Spanish American War as a Colonel. A seldom offered campaign textile.Condition: The 1912 bandana has light fading and a few age marks, the 1900 bandana has a few very small age marks, overall fine.
