William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody and Buffalo Bill's Wild West: The Iconic Nine-Color "White Eagle" Cody Poster. By the esteemed lithographer A. Hoen & Company of Baltimore, it is widely considered to represent the pinnacle of Golden Age color stone lithography, as well as one of the most desirable Buffalo Bill posters. Often paired with its Red Cloud mate, also offered in this auction, it was issued in 1893 and 1894. Condition is near mint, probably the most beautiful example we have seen.
