Native Americans: Large Mounted Albumen Photographs and More. Eclectic group of photographs and graphics dealing with Native Americans. 1) Six different albumen photographs of unidentified Native Americans in naturalistic settings (7.25" x 9.5" on 14" x 18" plain mounts). No photographer's credit. Circa 1875. 2) 21" x 15.25" lithograph print titled "War Dance of the Sauks and Foxes." Published by F. W. Greenough of Philadelphia in 1838. Some short edge tears and minor chipping. 3) Mounted 8" x 10" photograph of two chiefs, Kober & Son of Baltimore holder (early 20th century). 4) 14" x 19" watercolor on board of "Low Dog" signed by James M. Kalman. 5) 16" x 19.5" unidentified chief holding peace pipe in front of teepees, mounted to board, trimmed to image with some discoloration and chipping at bottom. Circa 1880s. Ten items.
