Description
Abraham Lincoln: 1861 Inaugural Address Extra. A large boldly-printed broadside extra dated Monday, March 4, 1861. Measures a substantial 9" x 24". The President's complete Inaugural address is printed. This is only the third example of this type we have offered. A similar example with the Chicago Tribune masthead sold in our February 2022 sale for over $11,000. This one for some reason is missing the masthead attribution, but likely also issued from the Chicago Tribune.Condition: Light age, else fine.
