Description

Scott & Graham: Kellogg Grand National Banner. Hand-colored small folio lithograph with full borders [13.5" x 17.75"] published by E. C. Kellogg of Hartford in 1852, titled "Whig Candidates For President and Vice-President". Lavishly colored in rose, powder blue, green, yellow, emerald, pink and cyan. Two horizontal folds with a couple of minor tears, not affecting the plate. Currently framed. A clean and bright example. Last June, we sold a similar example with additional color and normal borders for $3750.
