Description
George Washington: "Long Live the President" Liverpool Tankard. 6" tankard with large portrait of Washington, extolled by goddesses of liberty and war as "My Favorite Son", captioned "Long Live the President of the United States".Condition: Two chips on the inner lip, not visible from the front. Short crack and discoloration beneath the handle which extends halfway through the bottom. The transfer is in remarkably good condition, sharp and bold. It would be hard to improve upon. Ideal for display.
