8th Issue, R-10, Wilbur Clark's Issue Desert Inn $25 Poker Chip. A superlative and very rare $25 chip, achieving an R-10 rating for rarity in Campiglia and Wells. The 21st edition of The Chip Rack lists this chip with a (*). Thus not enough information exists to quantify the chip. "No market for the chip. Chip is not generally available; it may be rare or scarce, the supply may be controlled." This 8th issue chip has a rich deep Green color, an HCE (H.C. Edwards) mold, with 8 repetitions of H's and rectangle between. The chip has 3 purple and 3 white inserts.
