Abraham Lincoln: Early Oil on Canvas. 9" x 12 ½" folk art painting of Lincoln, based on the Berger photograph of February 9, 1864. The American flag appears in the upper right corner, though in subdued colors, so not to divert attention from the subject. We can detect no signature. Based on the style and feel, we feel fairly confident it was produced during Lincoln's lifetime.Auction Info
