Gold-Fringed Pennsylvania Printed Flag, Circa Early 20th Century.Blue satin field with printed state seal on both sides, measuring approximately 17 x 25-inches with a 2 3/4-inch border of gold silk fringe on three sides. 1 3/4-inch sleeve for mounting to a pole.
