Description
Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Rifle.Serial no. 23405, .32-40 caliber, 26-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and rear elevation sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1895.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a brownish grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Heavy dings, scuffs and bruising present to wood, some loss at wrist. Action good. Strong bore.
