Description

Two Military Society Medals: Numbered Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States [and] Numbered Sons of the American Revolution Identified to Captain Charlemagne Tower, 6th Pennsylvania Infantry.

Includes: 1) Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States, 29 x 29 mm, suspended from a blue-white-red ribbon, pinback, numbered 6270 on the ring mounting clasp. A beautiful 14k award with blue, white and red enamel accents. 2) Sons of the American Revolution, 40 x 59 mm (to the top of the eagle), numbered 5352 on the arm of the cross, suspended from a blue and white silk ribbon, pinback. Likewise a handsome medal, gilt with white and blue enamel accents.

Both medals were awarded to Captain Charlemagne Tower, 6th Pennsylvania Infantry.

Condition: Excellent.
