Complete U.S. WWI-Era Cavalry Enlisted Man's Uniform and Equipment.
Comprising: 1.) Standard issue rough-wool olive drab tunic with stand-up collar, five-button front and four pockets. The collar has an enlisted "US" disk and Company "E" Cavalry disk. Left sleeve with a two-piece, felt Third Corps shoulder insignia, red discharge chevron and six metallic gold-tape service chevrons. The right sleeve bears a cavalry private's crossed swords felt patch. 2.) Olive drab rough-wool jodhpurs. 3.) Canvas and leather lace-up gaiters. 4.) Model 1912 tan cavalry bandolier manufactured by Russell and dated 1913. The bandolier features 12 pockets for .30-06 ammunition and 3 pockets for pistol ammunition. 5.) Cavalry cartridge belt, made by L.C.C. & Co. and dated June, 1918. Features nine pockets for .30-06 ammunition with a space for a pistol cartridge pouch. 6.) Mills .45 caliber pistol cartridge pouch, dated June, 1916. 7.) Russet-brown leather .45 automatic pistol holster for mounted (cavalry) troops complete with leather drop strap. Uniform and equipment come with the mannequin as photographed but the mannequin is optional to the successful bidder.

Condition: Excellent. The tunic with a trivial moth hole here and there.
