Early Colt Bankers Model Double Action Revolver.Serial no. 350179 [frame and crane], .38 caliber, 2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Rampant Colt logo to left side of frame. Backstrap marked: B.P.D. 4023 [see image online]. Checkered walnut grip panels with inlaid Colt Medallions. Manufactured in 1931.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 30-40% finish mainly in protected areas. Scattered handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Tracking line to cylinder. Scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Bright bore. Nelson A. Faerber Collection.
