Civil War Starr Arms Co. Army Single Action Revolver.

Serial no. 37907 [cylinder and frame], .44 caliber, 8-inch barrel with fixed front sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer and trigger. Left side of frame marked: STARR ARMS CO. NEW YORK, right side: STARRS PATENT JAN. 15, 1856. The number 1 stamped in front of triggerguard. Two M's stamped on cylinder. Smooth walnut one-piece grip.

Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a soft grey finish with signs of age, handling wear and patches of pitting. Dings and scuffs present to wood. Action functions. Strong bore.
