Rare Shank Marked
Kelly Brothers Double-Mounted Spurs.9-point rowels on crooked shank which bears the mark: KELLY / BROS. It is rare to find a pair marked on the shank. This style with narrow band is very similar to an example on page 145, "Bits and Spurs In The Texas Tradition" by House and Martin.
Sold together with vintage tooled leather straps with roller buckles.
Provenance: Roger and Linda Carpenter Collection.
Condition: Very good to fine. Light age wear and patina.
