Rare + Marked Kelly Goose Neck Spurs.
Beautiful, single-mounted pair with Goose-neck shanks and swept wing silver overlays on the heelbands. Matching engraving to button covers below which are found the + mark. See page 144, "Bits & Spurs In The Texas Tradition" by House and Martin. This mark used for seconds and is now very rare. Sold together with tooled-leather straps that have been on these spurs a long time.
Provenance: Roger and Linda Carpenter Collection.

Condition: Very good to fine. Nice age patina to steel. Overlays well-preserved. Light dents to button covers. Leathers are good with losses at stress points.
