Description
Remington New Model Army Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 122571, .44 caliber, 8-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sights. Blued and case-hardened finish. H stamped to right side of barrel and frame; D, P and A to left side. Brass triggerguard. Smooth walnut grip panels, faint cartouche to left panel.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear, age and patches of pitting. Tracking line to cylinder. Dings and scuffs present to wood. Action very tight, but functions. Strong bore.
