Colt Model 1909 U.S. Army Double Action Revolver.
Serial no. 32717 [frame, crane and butt], .45 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. F.B. and R.A.C. stamped to right side of frame. Smooth hardwood grip panels. Lanyard ring. Sold along with handwritten cash purchase receipt for $8.00, dated February 17, 1922.

Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 80-85% finish with scattered handling wear, thin spots and patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs, dings and bruising to grips. Action crisp. Lightly pitted bore. Some creasing and age wear to receipt.
