Description
Civil War C. Sharps Model 1863 Single Shot Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. 95022, .50 caliber, 22-inch barrel with fixed front sight and rear ladder sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Saddle ring. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a mottled grey patina with noticeable signs of age, handling wear and pitting. Sanded stock with a few scattered dings. Action good. Moderately pitted bore.
