Steuben Crystal Eagle Figurine, Benefiting Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. In colorless crystal, this magnificent eagle has sweptback wings and stands 4.75-inches tall. It is incised with "Steuben" under the base. Not surprising, eagles were a favorite motif for President and Mrs. Johnson. This lot will be accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Lynda Johnson Robb.A full 100% of the net proceeds will benefit the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at the University of Texas at Austin, in honor of the 2012 Centennial of Lady Bird Johnson's birth.
