Description
Zachary Taylor: Handsome Snuff Box. 3 1/4" papier-mâché snuff box with engraved portrait of Taylor on the lid, black on gold, inscribed: "Old Rough and Ready The Hero of the War With Mexico. Genl. Zachs. Taylor." Very faint crazing on the lid. The top and bottom are currently stuck together. These come with gold backgrounds, copper backgrounds and hand-painted.
