Publisher's binding of olive-green cloth with covers and spine elaborately stamped in blind (boards have "Harper and Brothers/New York" surrounded by an elaborate frame), spine lettered in gilt (BAL first cloth binding). Rebacked, preserving most of the original spine, binding sunned and worn, with some soiling, front free endpaper replaced with later paper, text foxed. Good only. BAL 13662.
