First British edition, thirteenth printing. Inscribed by Hemingway on front free endpaper: "To Peter best always / from his friend / Ernesto." Twelvemo. 127 pages.

Publisher's blue cloth with red titles. Mild rubbing to boards. Text block tight and clean. Dust jacket with minor edge wear and light chipping to spine ends and corners. Mildly darkened spine with a one-inch tear at top of front joint. Overall, a very good copy with a scarce Hemingway inscription.
