In the rare proof state dust jacket, with "PROOF ONLY, Publication date: March 27th" and price 15s. net on front flap. Spine cocked, as usual. Stain to bottom corner of front wrapper; stains to bottom margin of most pages, intruding upon only one or two word of text on two leaves. Crease to rear wrapper. Jacket is worn and chipped at spine ends, affecting "Ian" at head of spine; wear along folds and a few minor creases. Generally a very good copy of a scarce James Bond proof copy, in the scarcer proof state dust jacket.Auction Info
