[vi], 422, [2, blank] pages. With frontispiece and three plates inserted throughout. Publisher's full green cloth, front cover and spine lettered in blue. Some rubbing to binding, recipient's ownership inscription on front pastedown. Near fine. Laid-in is a typed note signed to Bresee from Mrs. Zane Grey about having Mr. Grey sign a book for Mr. Bresee.
