With a sheet of stationery from The Plaza hotel in New York taped to the front pastedown, with "To Paul Gintz-" written in pencil, possibly also in Wright's hand. Quarto. [134], [2, blank] pages. Illustrated. Publisher's full black cloth, front cover and spine stamped in red and gilt. Spine a bit sunned, some wear to spine and corners, some light occasional soiling to binding. Very good.
