The Artist's Copy of the Publisher's Mock-Up with Complete Sets of the Drawings in Pencil and Watercolor
[Cheloniidae Press]. Edgar Allan Poe. The Raven. [Easthampton]: Cheloniidae Press, 1986.Publisher's mock-ups in various stages containing a complete set of the original pencil drawings signed by Alan James Robinson, a complete set of original ink and watercolor drawings signed by Robinson, and the first and second mock-up books. All of these are enclosed in individual chemises and laid in a custom black cloth-covered clamshell box with a paper spine label lettered in calligraphy. Once again, this unique collection, obtained directly from the artist, has a wealth of original material to be found nowhere else.
