Octavo. xii, 342 pages, including seventy-five full-page black-and-white illustrations reckoned in the pagination. With color frontispiece and tissue guard. Publisher's blue cloth with black titles and decorative stamping and a color illustration inset into the front board. Pictorial endpapers. Minor wear to the extremities.
