Contemporary leather spine, partially perished. Boards not present. Housed in a paper chemise with paper spine title label. Most leaves through page 20 with one or both corners renewed. Staining and spotting throughout, significant at the beginning and end leaves. Good condition, a prime candidate for re-binding, and a must for any completist collector of "the most famous and influential American political work" (Howes).
