James Jackson Autograph Letter Signed. Two pages, 8" x 12.75", August 30, 1789, New York, to Joseph Clay of Savannah, Georgia. Jackson, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1789-1791, introduces "Col. Humphrys" and writes that "Congress will rise next month & meet again in December".
