Richard Nixon Souvenir Resignation Letter Signed. One page, 5" x 8". This souvenir letter is dated August 9, 1974, from the White House, Washington, and is addressed to "Mr. Secretary" (typed at the end of the letter is "The Honorable Henry A. Kissinger/ The Secretary of State/ Washington, D.C. 20520"). The body reads, "I hereby resign the Office of President of the United States./ Sincerely". Nixon's signature is in dark ink.
