Description

[Revolutionary War]. Pay Orders for Artificer Luther Parmele, November 10, 1782. Two pay orders with two certifications of Parmele's service in the Continental Army. (Parmele and Captain T. Patton, Artillery Artificer, have each signed twice.) Also included are two of Parmele's partly-printed receipts for payment from the Pay-Table Committee, both signed by John Burgis. All documents are age toned with minor stains and smoothed folds.
