Description
Colt Thunderer Double Action Revolver. Serial no. 79893 [frame, triggerguard and butt], .41 caliber, 4 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front blade sight and two-line Hartford address. Blued finish. Three-line, three-date patent with Rampant Colt in broken circle. Checkered hard rubber Colt grips. Manufactured in 1890. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg. Condition: Good. Finish primarily a grayish brown patina throughout with wear and pitting. Scuffs, scratches and wear to grips. Action is good. Bore is good with light pitting.Auction Info
