Early Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion Revolver.
Serial no. 122(all matching except wedge), .44 percussion caliber, 8-inch round barrel with standard New York address. Blued and case-hardened finish. Brass triggerguard. Steel backstrap. Oil-finished walnut grips. Butt with stock notch. Frame not cut for stock. Property from the Estate of John R. Eckel, Sr.

Condition: Good as having been heavily cleaned and polished. Barrel address is soft but legible. Frame and cylinder markings mostly obscured. Finish is now a very smooth, thin gray-brown patina. Wedge and screw are replacements. Loading lever a likely replacement. Grips: Fine with small losses at toes and showing some shrinkage. Action needs adjustment.
