Description
William Howard Taft Signed Studio Photo by Harris and Ewing. A classic image of Taft, boldly inscribed below in black ink: "For Mrs. George Dewey with Best Wishes from Wm. H. Taft / New Haven March 7th, 1914." Measuring 7.5" x 10.5", extra fine condition and nicely framed.Taft was a Yale alumnus, as were most men in his family over generations, undoubtedly he was in New Haven for a visit to his old school. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
